Chapter 1
Too Good to be True?
1. As an exemplary campus, Smithfield does a good job of educating students. What ways do you feel we can take our school from good to great?
2. Imagine you are the Patel family and are looking for a quality school in the area. What qualities do you consider a great school to possess?

Welcome
Welcome to our first online book study! The book, The Leader in Me was chosen by our site-based committee in an effort to improve the quality of education our students receive at Smithfield Elementary. Courtney and I will be facilitating this book study as "Administrative Interns", however we would very much appreciate everyone posting questions so we are all able to grow and benefit from this experience.
